IT Systems Analyst - Jonesboro, AR
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to support, maintain, and enhance our business systems, specifically focusing on our ERP environment and our WMS data framework. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and ensure data accuracy and system reliability. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, hands-on SQL experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions within our ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- System Administration: Support and maintain business applications, ensuring the interface and related databases operate at peak performance.
- Data Management: Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data extracts specifically tailored for SQL table structures.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze system and data discrepancies within the available business applications and provide timely resolutions to minimize business downtime.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business users to gather requirements for system enhancements and recommend scalable solutions.
- Upgrades & Integration: Assist with system upgrades, third-party integrations, and continuous process improvements.
- Documentation: Ensure data integrity, security, and proper technical documentation for all business applications.
- Equipment Preparation: Assemble fitness equipment and complete any rework as needed.
- User Support: Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on best practices as they relate to available business applications.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Experience: Demonstrated experience in an IT systems support role, specifically involving ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, including writing and optimizing queries for relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
- Analytical Skills: Solid troubleshooting skills with a focus on data validation and system workflows.
- Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical logic and non-technical business users.
Operational Support
- Lead system installation, maintenance, configuration, and overall system integrity. Proactively identify risks and implement effective solutions using a structured, methodical approach to problem solving. Continuously assess and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability. Evaluate system capacity and operational limits to ensure efficient execution. Drive changes that minimize the risk of service disruptions, and lead to incident and problem management processes in alignment with established procedures.
- Apply system updates, patches, and version upgrades for hardware and software; diagnose and resolve technical issues and outages related to software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Support off-hours maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- ERP Expertise: Experience supporting ERP and WMS systems
- Reporting: Familiarity with Sage Intelligence, Crystal Reports, or other data visualization platforms.
- Automation: Exposure to scripting to automate data tasks.
- Agility: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.

About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service & Product Technician who can combine excellent communication skills with hands-on technical ability. This role is not a standard desk job, you will be interacting with customers, but also assembling, testing, and troubleshooting fitness equipment. If you are equally comfortable talking with people and working with tools, this may be the right fit.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries (phone/email)
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns by identifying root causes and solutions
- Process and coordinate customer orders with purchasing and shipping teams
- Assemble and rework fitness equipment as needed
- Test equipment to ensure proper functionality and quality
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and equipment testing
- Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and other departments
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education/certifications a plus)
- Prior customer service experience required; technical or assembly experience strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
